Heilwirkungen von Jiaogulan PDF Drucken E-Mail

Jiaogulan ist eine dekorative Pflanze - auch vor der HaustüreWie bereits in der Geschichte des Jiaogulans beschrieben, wird das Kraut der Unsterblichkeit schon seit langer Zeit in seiner Heimat als Heilpflanze eingesetzt. Vor hunderten von Jahren kannten die Bewohner der chinesischen Provinzen, in der Jiaogulan wächst, bereits die Heilwirkungen der Pflanze und und nahmen die Pflanze täglich in Form eines Tees zu sich.

Nach seiner Wiederentdeckung durch die Wissenschaftler wurde Jiaogulan auch einer Vielzahl medizinischer Studien unterzogen, die eine besonders verblüffende Wirkungsvielfalt nachweisen konnten. Inzwischen wird die Pflanze sogar in einigen Krankenhäusern Chinas zur Behandlung von chronischer Bronchitis eingesetzt.

Die folgendenden Ausführungen sind größtenteils aus dem Jiaogulanbuch von Michael Blumert & Jialiu Liu entnommen. Dieses Buch enthält zu den einzelnen Wirkungen sehr genaue, wissenschaftliche Beschreibungen zu den einzelnen Wirkungsbereichen der Pflanze, sowie nähere Informationen über die chemischen Inhaltsstoffe von Jiaogulan.

Zudem sei anzumerken, dass Jiaogulan als ein natürliches Heilmittel beschrieben ist und daher nicht bei jedem Menschen im gleichen Umfang wirkt. Es soll sogar vorkommen, dass Jiaogulan bei Ihnen gar nicht wirkt. Doch da bei der Pflanze keinerlei Nebenwirkungen bekannt sind, kann ein Versuch kein Fehler sein.

 

Antioxidative Eigenschaften

Freie Radikale, die im Körper bei verschiedenen Stoffwechselprozesse entstehen, können die Zellen im Körper durch Oxidation beschädigen. Besonders in Stresssituationen entstehen extrem viele solcher freier Radikale, aber auch Raucher und Liebhaber des Alkohols müssen mit einer höheren Anzahl an freien Radikalen in Ihrem Körper rechnen.
Im Normalfall kann der Körper selbst genügend Abwehrstoffe, sogenannte Antioxidantien, gegen die freien Radikale produzieren. Doch ist er einer besonders hohen Anzahl dieser Schadstoffe ausgesetzt, so können manchmal Körpereigene Abwehrmechanismen unter Umständen nicht mehr ausreichen.
Jiaogulan soll solche Schäden durch freie Radikale mindern, da es selbst antioxidative Eigenschaften besitzt. Jiaogulan wird in der Medizin erfolgreich bei Gefäsverengungen, Herzinfarkt, Entzündungen und Schlaganfällen und zur Vorbeugung von Senilität und Vergreisung eingesetzt. Man konnte sogar nachweisen,dass das Kraut der Unsterblichkeit es vermag, den Alterungsprozess zuverlangsamen.

 

Adaptogene Wirkungen

Nach den Erkenntnissen des Dr. Jialiu Liu ist Jiaogulan eine der kraftvollsten adaptogenen Pflanzen, die überhaupt bekannt sind. Adaptogene bewirken eine Homeostase. Sie gleichen also innere Körperprozesse aus und stellen das natürliche Gleichgewicht des Körpers wieder her. Dabei stabilisiert die Pflanze der Unsterblichkeit nicht nur das Zentrale Nervensystem wenn es überreizt ist, sondern erregt es auch, wenn es an einem Energiemangel leidet. Da Jiaogulan laut Michael Blumert also Körperfunktionen und das Nervensystem normalisiert und ausgleicht, kann man die Pflanze dazu einsetzen, negativen Reizen besser zu trotzen und die Körpereigene Ausdauer zu erhöhen.

 

Stärkung der Herz-Kreislauf-Funktion

Wissenschaftler konnten nachweisen, dass Jiaogulan die Herzleistung verbessert. Durch die verbesserte Pumpleistung des Herzens sinkt folglich der Puls. Daher wird die Pflanze zur Verbesserung der körperlichen Leistungsfähigkeit, erhöhung der Ausdauer und schnelleren Regeneration des Körpers bei Leistungssportlern eingesetzt. Dem Jiaogulanbuch zufolge sollen die Wirkstoffe der Pflanze in dieser Hinsicht sogar wirksamer als die des Ginsengs sein.

 

Senkung eines erhöhten Blutdrucks

Chinesische Ärzte verschreiben zur Behandlung von Bluthochdruck unter anderem Jiaogulan. Das Kraut der Unsterblichkeit hilft, den Blutdruck wieder in den richtigen Bereich zu bringen. Gypenoside, die Inhaltsstoffe des Jiaogulan wirken in beide Richtungen. Das heisst, dass auch ein niedriger Blutdruck durch Jiaogulan wieder normalisiert werden kann. In klinischen Studien wurde sogar nachgewiesen, dass Jiaogulan zur Blutdrucksenkung durchaus mit blutdrucksenkenden Medikamenten mithalten kann.

 


 

Cholesterinsenkende Wirkung

In einigen Versuchen wurde dem Jiaogulan auch eine cholesterinsenkende Wirkung nachgewiesen. Damit soll Jiaogulan die Grundlage der Todesursache Nummer eins in Deutschland bekämpfen, denn zu hohe cholesterinwerte führen zu Arteriosklerose, Schlaganfällen und Herzinfarkten.

 

Vorbeugung von Herzinfarkt und Schlaganfällen

In weiteren Studien wurde nachgewiesen, dass Jiaogulan die Thrombosebildung verhindert und so vor Herzinfarkten und Schlaganfällen schützen soll.

 

Förderung der Abwehrkräfte

Durch die Anregung zur Bildung von weißen Blutkörperchen, welche für die körpereigene Bekämpfung von Infekten zuständig sind, soll Jiaogulan die Abwehrkräfte stärken. In Studien wurden gute Ergebnisse bei Patienten mit Leukozytenmangel und bei Krebspatienten mit Chemotherapie und Bestrahlung gemacht. Hier konnte die Einnahme von Jiaogulan zur Bildung weißer Blutkörperchen beitragen.

 

Stärkung des Immunsystems

Das Kraut der Unsterblichkeit soll dazu in der Lage sein, die Lyphozytentransformation zu verbessern und die Lymphozytenaktivität zu steigern. Dadurch werden sowohl die Abwehrkräfte von gesunden, als auch von immungeschwächte Menschen verbessert. Dies wurde durch zahlreiche Tests belegt.

 

Hemmung des Krebswachstums

Jiaogulan enthält Saponine, die geleichwertig mit denen des Ginsengs sind, welche für ihre krebshemmenden Wirkungen bekannt wurden. Allerdings sind diese Inhaltsstoffe in der Pflanze der Unsterblichkeit in einer wesentlich höheren Konzentration vorhanden! Ihre Krebshemmenden Wirkungen wurden wissenschaftlich nachgewiesen. Allerdings sind die Untersuchungen in diesem Bereich derzeit noch nicht weit genug Fortgeschritten um Jiaogulan in der Medizin zur Krebsbehandlung einsetzen zu können.

 

Behandlung von Diabetes Mellitus

Derzeit streben einige Studien nach einem Nachweis, dass die Pflanze auch zur Behandlung von Diabetes Mellitus geeignet sein soll. Allerdings sind hier noch nicht ausreichend Studien für einen wissenschaftlichen Beweis vorhanden.

 

Behandlung von Lebererkrankungen

In einigen Experimenten wurde nachgewiesen, dass Jiaogulan auch bei der Behandlung von Leberschäden und Hepatitis eingesetzt werden könnte.

 

Linderung chronischer Bronchitis

Ursprünglich wurde Jiaogulan vom chinesischen Volk zur Behandlung von chronischer Bronchitis eingesetzt. Wissenschaftliche Studien haben nun nachgewiesen, dass das Trinken des Jiaogulantees tatsächlich zu einer Linderung der Erkrankung führen kann.

Aus diesen Beispielen aus Michael Blumerts Buch geht eindeutig hervor, dass Jiaouglan, Chinas Pflanze der Unsterblichkeit einen sehr bedeutenden Stellenwert in der naturheilkundlichen Medizin einnimmt. Schade ist nur, dass diese Pflanze hierzulande nur wenig bekannt ist und derzeit bei Behandlungen noch nicht zum Einsatz kommt. They are not close relatives of the archaeplastida, presumably having acquired chloroplasts separately from ingested or symbiotic green and red algae.
